The changes in your life could be big & immediate or small ones that build up over time. For example if you cannot touch your toes when you first start yoga, it might take 2 years of daily practice to get there! All of a sudden one day, you touch your toes & maybe you didn’t notice the small steps it took to get there, but you practiced a few times a week diligently showing up for yourself regardless. That is the power of practice, of yoga."
