Shopping on whiteartica.com doesn't require a registered account. However, having an account has a lot of benefits such as the option of securely save your addresses, payment options,  wish lists for faster future checkouts and can check your past order history.

ORDERING
Place an order by selecting your products and completing our checkout process. You can check out as a guest, or you can create an account with us.
Once your order is placed, you’ll be sent an order confirmation email with your order number and details. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including the tracking number.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once you have placed your order online, we will process your purchase in the next 3-4 business days and then we will send you a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number.
We offer free shipping on all deliveries in Australia for orders above $100.00. If you are in Sydney, you can avoid delivery charges by picking up your online order at our location in Alexandria.
WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE!
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery information in and outside Australia.
Please note that we are not able to ship to PO Boxes and Australian defence force bases.

RETURNS AND REFUND
White Artica is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, we offer returns within 10 days of receiving your order. We have 4 conditions of return for change of mind, item(s) must be returned:
- Within 10 days from the days the parcel has been received
- Item must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached - we are unable to accept products with dirty marks or damaged checks
- Items must be returned in the original condition, including products package
- Postage is non-refundable
