Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

White Artica is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, we offer returns within 10 days of receiving your order.  We have 4 conditions of return for change of mind, item(s) must be returned:

  1. Within 10 days from the days the parcel has been received
  2. Item must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached - we are unable to accept products with dirty marks or damaged checks
  3. Items must be returned in the original condition, including products package
  4. Postage is non-refundable

Our customer support team will get back to you with your return parcel details. White Artica reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

The return policy is different between Australia and the Rest of the world; please read all the information before register your return.

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN.

  • Send an email to info@whiteartica.com
  • Email subject: (your order number) RETURN
  • Enter everything precisely as it appears on your order confirmation.
  • Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
  • Confirm your original delivery information (amend if needed).
  • Select the method you’ll be returning your order by.
  • You may be prompted to download and print a returns label - simply attach to your parcel.

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM, please send us photos that show:

  • Product fault as clearly as possible
  • Full-length photo of the item
  • The White Artica logo and label

White Artica takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products, you will be entitled to the following remedies under the Australian Consumer Law: 

  1. exchange or refund of items for major failure or faults or 
  2. exchange or repair if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.  

In assessing a claim for faulty goods, the Australian Consumer Law allows us to take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product, how the product has been used, the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used and the amount of use the product could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.

RETURNS FROM AUSTRALIA

White Artica offers FREE RETURNS within 10 days of receiving your order.  White Artica will not take responsibility for returned items not received through the AUPost service. 

RETURN FROM THE REST OF THE WORLD

The customer is responsible for all associated costs of returning the items to us within 10 days of receiving the order. White Artica will not take responsibility for returned items not received if registered post is not used.

 

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed. Please keep in mind that your financial institution can take an extra few days to return the funds to your account.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@whiteartica.com. 

 

SALES ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@whiteartica.com, and our customer support team will assist you through the process.

White Artica offers FREE EXCHANGE to customers in the Australian territory. Customers from the Rest of the world are responsible for all associated costs of returning the items to us.

White Artica will not take responsibility for returned items not received if registered post is not used.
